Does Bonbon ship internationally?
We do ship everywhere. Be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, International orders may be subject to additional duty fees.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We do our best to get every order shipped out promptly and on the same day we receive it. New Zealand shipments are usually received 1 – 2 days after ordering. Australia 3-7 days after ordering. International Shipments the US – UK etc. 3-12 days, however, if it takes longer, please be patient. If it has been over two weeks, feel free to contact us to look into the situation, it can vary depending on how long Customs holds onto the package for processing.
What is your refund policy?
We pride ourselves on being lovely to deal with so if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know because we want to make you happy. However, in most cases, we do not accept any returns of cosmetics due to the nature of the products. This ensures that you are not sold returned products from other customers. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.
